'I'm writing to tell you how much I enjoyed and appreciated the City of Valletta walking tour. My situation was difficult -- I was traveling elsewhere but had an 8-hour layover in Malta. I had never been to Europe and couldn't miss an opportunity to visit now that the opportunity was at my fingertips. What if I have problems downloading the files?
The site provides easy means of payment and allows you to download the content after you effect payment. You would have ample time and also have 3 chances to download the content. If however, you will still encounter problems to download then do not hesitate to send us an email, include payment details and we will send you the content directly to your email address. Kindly include your order details for us to verify payment.
What if I have problems copying the files onto my player?
On your computer, select all files (Ctrl A) drag and drop the files onto a player is simple. If you are downloading them from the DVD then click on ‘Download MP3’ feature and the MP3 files corresponding to the language you have selected would crop up on the screen. Select all the files (Ctrl A) on the DVD drive and drag and drop them into the directory for the player. Should you need more basic instructions, ask someone more familiar with computers to help you.
PURCHASING AND SHIPPING Orders are dispatched every morning and delivery time depends on the country of purchase and frequency of postage material from Malta to that country.
I found out about the audio-guide too late for my trip: there is not time for it to be delivered before I leave. Can I collect it in Malta?

CONTENTS AND BASIC OPERATION OF THE CITYGUIDE
Is the Cityguide complicated to use? No, every attraction has a letter and a number. Even numbers refers to the attractions whilst the odd numbers leads the user from one attraction to the next. Just select the corresponding number on your MP3 player and press Play. From then on the guide itself will give you all the instructions that you need, in a clear, simple manner.
Sometimes it is hard to decide what sights to visit. Can the Cityguide help me?
The booklet provides you with a recommended tour and a full map of the city with the main sights highlighted click on this link to view the attractions and recommended route. However, at any time of your visit you could use the pause button or stop for a coffee break or continue the tour next time. It is all up to you to decide. The guide will allow you to roam around like a local, and you will be surprised that this would trigger you to revisit the city once more.
